RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

GENERAL
At NEXURA365, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • It must include all original tags and accessories

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Products damaged by misuse or improper handling


3. CHANGE OF MIND
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for a customer's change of mind.


4. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, you must contact us at nexura365@gmail.com within the 7-day period.

If the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and the shipping address.

Do not send products without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.


5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. REFUNDS
Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • The refund may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion

  • The process may take between 5 to 20 business days


7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within the first 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographic evidence.

The solution (refund or replacement) will be determined at our discretion.


8. INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive an incorrect product:

  • You must return it to the address we provide you

  • Once received, we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped


9. UNDELIVERED ORDERS / INCORRECT ADDRESS
We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

In these cases:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Reshipment may be offered at an additional cost


10. SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
